Brilliant thinking is rare, but courage is in even shorter supply than genius.
Modern foods and eating habits have messed up with the gut big time. What you eat and how much you eat is core to any chronic disease and your thought process.
What worries you the most? Maybe Family Health, Business Growth, Money etc. Evolve to a stage where there is no worry.?
Comparison is overkill. It's an utter waste of time.
Being competitive is good unless it is causing unnecessary distress.
The only responsibility in life’s journey is 'To Care'.?
Self-care is underrated. It's not just the physical look but inner self-care.?

There’s no such thing as too late or too old. Why hurry?
Listen. It’s the ultimate sign of respect when you do, and the ultimate symbol of disrespect when you don’t.
Keep taking risks, or else you’ll wonder, “What if” or, “If only.” Life is anyways uncertain.
Wake up early. It's the difference between Good and Great.
Lift weight. It’s pure joy
Don't do anything at the cost of your family. Tough times have taught many. That's the core.
Ask what you want. There are people to help.
