A Journey to Abundance

Warning...an in into my inner personal space.
What does customer experience, coaching and theology have in common? People. All of them are about enhancing ours and other peoples lives so that we are set free to be who we are meant to be. I have spent this holiday season reflecting on where I find myself today. A career that got me to my dream job, spiritual awakening that has given me so much peace, contentment and joy and a hunger to share with others what I have experienced so that they can know peace, contentment and joy.
While I am still in this reflection, I believe that my calling at this time is to help others free themselves from the bondage of limiting beliefs and unending needing that take our joy. We have everything we need to live full lives, within us. Yes, we may not have the money to put food on the table, or buy the home we want, but we definitely have the resources within us to achieve it. The universe responds to what we put out. If we put out neediness, we get unending needs. If we put out lack, we get scarcity. Similarly if we put out abundance, we get everything in abundance. This does not take away our need to work, we are in the physical after all, what it does though is give us peace and joy in fulfilling our obligations and unlock any 'unstuckness' that prevents flow.
At a personal level, I have embraced the contentment that comes with this stage of my life. You would think that I would grab it with both hands but in a world that rewards busyness and 'hectic' lives, the mind and the body reject anything that looks different. I have started practicing coaching with more intention, to share my time, talent and experience with others. I will be running quiet days and retreats this year because down time and reflection is better with others. I will continue to support the customer experience profession through coaching, mentorship and serving as I feel called. I have set my theme for the year as 'Love generously. Live freely.' to enable me achieve my objectives.
This article serves to keep me accountable throughout the year. It also serves to invite those wishing to join me on this journey to look out for what is coming next. In customer experience, many will tell you that it is not measurable, the discontent in your heart or the desire that is waiting to be released is your measure. Reach out to me if you just need to chat.
Here is to loving generously and living freely.
