There was a time when we spent a lot of time talking on the phone. Now we love texting but calling and talking on the phone is torture for many people. But I must confess that my friends and I have a commitment to call each other for our birthdays. No whatsapps, no text only, no emoticons. A birthday deserves that we find at least 5 minutes to dedicate a phone call to each other. What a?joy and a?pleasure to receive calls at least that day! I love having conversations instead of interpreting text and emoticons. Even if I only talk to them for a couple of minutes, it still makes my day.
