Britt Guillory is currently the Director of ELA Innovation for the Greenfield network of schools at Achievement First.
In this long interview, she and I consider the pathway of this Black queer woman, from high school to here. We discuss growing up in rural Louisiana with, light skinned privilege. Britt acknowledges, although her identify and her career path have been fluid, she has found her confidence, her audacity, and her wisdom along the way.
