I recently added something new to my morning ritual. Up until a week ago, my routine was simply getting up, dressing for the gym, brushing my teeth, washing my face, and then diving into a 10-minute guided meditation before doing anything else. This addition is something I've wanted to incorporate for so long, and like many things, it just took that first step and the right tool made all the difference. Have you guessed what it is? Yup, journaling!
So now once my meditation is complete, once again before doing anything else, I open up my little journal and I fill in the questions I'm being asked:
