Journaling and goal-setting are powerful tools for self-reflection, growth, and personal empowerment in the new year.

By incorporating the Four F’s - Fitness, Family, Future, and Fun - into your journaling practice, you can create a roadmap for achieving balance in your life in 2025.

The Four f’s provide a structured approach to goal setting that prioritises your health, relationships and a holistic outlook on your year ahead.?

Fitness

Identify where you are now and where you want to be. Reflect on your physical and mental health: How do you feel in your body? What are your energy levels like? Then, set actionable goals. Writing down small, measurable steps - such as incorporating strength training twice a week or practicing mindfulness daily - can help you stay focused and motivated. Regularly track your progress in your journal, celebrating milestones along the way.

Family
