Jose co-founded the Next Step Foundation (formerly known as Soccajoeys Foundation) back in 2011 and works tirelessly as the Operations Director, Head Coach and Founding Board Director in a voluntary capacity. I have never seen a person that is more committed to collaborative practice, ensuring that each and every one of the 400 children and families that have participated in the program feel valued and engaged. He knows sport brings people together and changes lives and he makes this happen in Bondi and other sites across Sydney every week.
