Jooycar launches their first Leadership Academy??

At Jooycar, we build from people, a value that reflects our commitment to supporting and promoting our people's integral development. Although our leaders are responsible for motivating, inspiring, and making critical decisions concerning the company's future, they also must unleash the team's true potential to be empowered and able to face their challenges.?

To ensure these responsibilities thrive, we have created Jooycar's Leadership Academy. This program consists of a six-month plan based on a 70-20-10 model, where experience and self-training are essential, followed by academic intervention and education. "The leader at Jooycar needs to be working towards developing a great team every day. This academy aims to promote and reinforce Jooycar's leadership style through continuous coaching and training of our leaders, as well as to enhance their strengths and take them to the highest level," mentions Andrea Velazco, Head of People & Culture.?

In August, Heads from different areas flew from all over Latin America to Jooycar's headquarters in Chile for the first leadership meeting. Our teams shared their expertise and cultural backgrounds in this fantastic event.
