For me this quote reminds me of my daily fixtures, choosing High Value Activities.? Born in 1950, being 73 years young, my daily highest of High Value Activity, after pray, and healthy eating habits is exercise.? Six days per week running, weight training, and cross training are key for me to remain young in the game of life.? The seventh day is the sabbath.? For me it is important to be young at heart and being able to continue to perform as I did in my youth.? Prayer, healthy food, and exercise allow me that youthful luxury!
