Jonathan Kash - “The Virtues Of Leaders.”
"Virtues are really important. Virtues are those behaviors that we exemplify or we strive for. There's always movement and growth. So for virtues, those behaviors that help not only exemplify who we are as a leader, but it develops the culture and the other behaviors that we want others also to exemplify. So for me, and having spent a lot of time thinking about this, it really comes down to perseverance. When we're dealing with difficult situations, and I think as you grow in your career, the pressures and the situations only become more complex and more serious, that at the end of the day, what really matters is being able to last, be able to hang in there and work those problems and be able to reach that end point."
