My name is Jonatan Joseph Tsuff , CEO and Co-Founder of Noovy. I’m a passionate entrepreneur, ex-hotelier, and father of two beautiful children. After having worked at various independent hotels around Europe for over a decade,?I’ve co-founded Noovy. What Are the Biggest Challenges in Developing Noovy?
I think our biggest challenge was?keeping our system simple and easy to use for all our users,?while adding more and more advanced features.?With many systems, you see that the more features they add, the more complicated the system becomes.?We really wanted to do it differently and make sure?Noovy stays extremely user-friendly for housekeepers, receptionists, hotel managers, for everyone at the hotel.
Any Recent Milestones for Noovy?
We have added a Shuffle button which re-organizes your booking calendar,?so it’s always fully optimized.?Many hoteliers are now playing Tetris with their booking calendar to make sure all bookings are allocated to the right room to maximize occupancy,?with Noovy, this is no longer needed as we’ll do it for you.

How Does Noovy Integrate with Existing Tech?
Although we are an all-in-one solution,?we strongly believe that the hotelier should have the freedom to integrate any 3rd party application to Noovy.?Noovy is an open system with a rich marketplace of 3rd party applications, from accounting systems and revenue management systems, to POS systems and lock systems.
What's Next for Noovy?
We are adding more integrations, such as keycard integrations and a scanner integration, as well as a revolutionary self-service kiosk.?All to save as much time as possible during check-in/out and make the process smooth for the hoteliers and their guests.
How Has User Feedback Shaped Noovy?
We want to be a true partner for hotels,?so from the very beginning, we have taken feedback from our users very seriously.?We are constantly monitoring user behavior and talking to our users, actually,?all future developments and improvements are based on user feedback.
What Metrics About Noovy Are You Proud Of?
I would say?our very low churn rate, we see that hotels switching to Noovy are staying with us.?It shows that our users are happy and that we are able to improve their hotel operation and results.?Our aim is to be a long-term partner for hotels,?so it’s great to see that we are succeeding.
How Does Noovy Comply with Regulations?
This is indeed a big deal when selling a property management system (PMS) in many different countries.?We are investing a lot of time and effort in making sure Noovy is compliant in all the countries we have users.?Everything from GDPR to local tax or municipality requirements.?Noovy is fully compliant with all regulations in all countries where hotels use our all-in-one solution.
