Need a good chuckle or a fun joke to tell at your next meeting? You won't want to miss this humorous tale written by BNI member Larry Franklin, BNI Leaders by Design Chapter, Brooksville, FL. 

Two elderly BNI members were enjoying a One to One after their weekly meeting and one said, "You know, I think our BNI meetings are great. They have been my favorite part of the week for years and years." The second man agreed and said, "I know what you mean. I can't imagine anything that I've enjoyed more."

He jokingly added, "I wonder if there are BNI meetings in heaven."

The first man said, "Well, heaven is said to be paradise so I suppose there would be meetings there, considering how much fun we have with them." The second man, pondering suggested, "How about we make a pact. Whichever one of us passes first, we try and get word back to the other and let him know if there ARE BNI meetings in heaven." They shook hands and sealed their pact.

Not too long after that, one of the men passed away. True to their pact, he sent an angel to his buddy to give him the news.

The angel said, "Your friend from BNI asked me to come and assure you that there ARE BNI meetings in heaven, but I have good news for you and bad news for you."

The man, delighted in the angel's confirmation said, "Good news and bad news? Tell me the good news first."

The angel replied, "There are BNI meetings every day in heaven and you can go from chapter to chapter as much as you want." The man, all smiles and happy says, "Fantastic! What's the bad news?"

The angel replies, "The bad news is, your Featured Presentation is scheduled for a week from Tuesday!"
