Joint Statement on Palestine (English)
Wikimedia
We, the undersigned Wikimedia groups and individuals, express deep concern over the ongoing Israel-created humanitarian crisis facing the Palestinian population, particularly the widespread loss of life, infrastructure devastation, and severe food shortages in the Gaza Strip. We express profound concern for the safety and well-being of Wikimedia and allied movement activists within the besieged Palestinian territory. Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals behind the realm of free knowledge is paramount; knowledge cannot truly be free if it comes at the expense of human safety and security.

7amleh - The Arab Center for the Advancement of Social Media, published a new study titled “Palestinian Digital Rights and the Extraterritorial Impact of the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA)”. The study investigates the intricacies in the Israel/Palestine context and European Union (EU) legislations, particularly the Digital Services Act (DSA). It examines the negative and positive impacts of the DSA notably regarding contexts of conflict and crisis, particularly post-7th October, whereby the DSA extends its influence globally and affects platforms' operations beyond EU borders. The study addresses discrimination and censorship concerns, as well as the violation of other rights, within the EU, affecting both Palestinians and global advocates for Palestinian human rights.

This platform serves as an open-access library, offering a diverse range of resources in various formats. Its primary aim is to provide support for human-rights activists and defenders, civil society organizations, active Palestinian groups, and open source fact-checkers.

A French left-wing politician said on Monday that he was summoned by the police for his pro-Palestine stance. “This weekend I was summoned by the anti-terrorist police as part of an investigation for ‘apology of terrorism’ following tweets of solidarity with Palestine,” Annasse Kazib, who is also a prominent trade unionist, said on X. Calling for support for all pro-Palestine activists, Kazib added: “We’re not going to let ourselves be intimidated.”

10 个月THE JEWS WERE NEVER THE OCCUPIERS, OPPRESSORS, AND COLONIZERS IN THE MANDATED-AS-A-JEWISH HOMELAND ISRAEL. The Jews came from the pogroms and shtetles of Czarist Russia and the sewers of Nazi Germany and Poland. The fact that will be uncomfortable to the world is this: THE JEWS WERE THE POOREST OF THE POOR - REFUGEES!
