Joining the Founder Institute as a Co-Director

Four years ago I was graduating from the Founder Institute - a Silicon Valley early stage accelerator - freshly trained, with a big idea, small team and very green in all things startup.

Two startups and four years later I’m excited to be joining an inspiring team of directors here in Germany - Parul Madan, Nikhil Madan, Ruediger Suess and Wolfgang Hennes - where I can share what I learned and help founders succeed with their ideas.

Founding a startup is easy. Founding an enduring startup is hard.

What the Founder Institute does is make sure you avoid as many pitfalls as possible, make sure you have all the processes set up right, make sure you have all the feedback and mentor support you need.

Then you stand a better chance of founding a lasting company, 80% better chances as per the statistic.

So that’s why I’m thrilled about my new role and team, and the high-impact initiative we will be carrying out.
