Joining forces with thevaluecircle just makes sense

Today is an exciting day for Project Rome as we announce our coming together with thevaluecircle , yes, we're joining our new corporate family. Apart from the obvious business synergies this partnership is set to bring new products and services to our clients (and theirs of course). And what is making this change easy is that we share the same values, behaviours and ambitions.

Our shared objective is to offer something genuinely bespoke to our clients. We want to broaden our customer service through recommendations made by trusted industry leaders who happen to be our clients. We want to be commonly referenced by those in the know, noted for our quality and integrity. No big song and dance about us or what we do - just high quality work that's demonstrably worth the money.

thevaluecircle and Project Rome have been swimming in similar markets for a while, supporting similar clients, but never competing for the same piece of business.?David and tvc have be doing lengths -?providing excellent advice on #change, #improvement, #governance, and #development;?whilst we have been doing breadths?- specialising in #communications, #engagement, #sustainability and road-room #facilitation.

Both PR and tvc are successful companies on their own right but when you get together someone has to lead the dancing - deciding to become part of tvc was an easy decision to make - their rapid growth is a marker of the trust clients place in them, they have fantastic leadership and they have a brilliant back-office capability - so that settles that one.

Personally, this marks a new chapter for me as an employee rather than a business owner - that is always a tricky one, however, this journey has been made simpler, thanks to the understanding of David Cockayne and his team. We share a common history, both coming from the NHS diaspora, albeit at different times. And, strangely the tvc HQ is less than three miles away from where I went to secondary school, my mother is just around the corner - no excuses now! It all seems to fit together.
