We are excited to be recruiting for a smart, ambitious, and energetic Sales Executive to drive growth in both Foodservice and Retail for Wibble - a fast-growing, better-for-you challenger brand shaking up the desserts category!

Working directly with the Head of Sales and Founder, this role involves managing existing accounts and hunting for new business.

We’re not fussed about your degree or whether you have FMCG experience — what really matters is GREAT people skills!

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love a bit of chaos, and have the hunger to be part of a start-up’s epic journey, this could be the perfect role for you. ????


You’ll need to be just as comfortable chatting away with catering teams in a commercial kitchen about jelly recipes ???? as you are representing Wibble at a trade show.

This role spans both Foodservice and Retail, but as the business grows (and trust us, it’s growing FAST), so will your opportunities! ????

THE ROLE

?? Account Management – Support and engage customers, sell in new product developments, and onboard new sites.

?? Reporting & Forecasting – Understand the numbers and their impact on the business.

?? Relationship Management – Visit customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure strong communication.

?? Problem-Solving – Think outside the box and adapt quickly in a fast-moving start-up environment.

?? Business Development – Identify new opportunities and close deals!


?? This role includes a mix of office-based work, remote flexibility, and nationwide travel for customer visits and events.

?? Whether attending trade shows or collaborating with school catering teams, the right person will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ??


ABOUT YOU:

? Wibble values great people skills and a willingness to learn. FMCG experience is a bonus but not essential. However the key thing they are looking for is the RIGHT ATTITUDE...
