What is Outlook USA??

Essentially, it is an Investor Mission to the USA led by Steve Baxter , Founder and Lead Investor of Beaten Zone Venture Partners.??

The mission is an immersion into the USA Defence, Investment, and Innovation landscape, particularly Los Angeles, Austin, and Washington, from October 6th to 12th, 2024. Alongside Steve, some of the Beaten Zone Ventures team and key advisers, including Keirin Joyce and Sean Singleton , will be there.?

?About the Mission?

During this one-week mission, participants will engage with key figures in the U.S. Defence and Investment ecosystem, including:?

• An exclusive Briefing with Palmer Luckey at Anduril Industries - Palmer Luckey is an American inventor and entrepreneur known for creating? Oculus Rift and founding Anduril Industries, a defence technology company transforming U.S. defence capabilities by integrating AI with advanced hardware.?

• Meetings with 8VC & Joe Lonsdale providing an opportunity to engage with one of Silicon Valley's top venture capital firms and its co-founder, Joe Lonsdale.?

• Defence Networking Event at the Embassy - Network with senior AUKUS Embassy staff and other key players in the defence ecosystem.?

• Additional High-Level meetings - Including Senate Armed Services Committee staff, Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defence staff, National Venture Capital Association, DOU and DOD Strategic Capital, Silicon Valley Defence Group, and National Security Council members.?
