Life Boards. Governance for Leaders. Imagine treating your personal life as your most important investment, with the same rigour, strategy, and insight that governs high-stakes decisions in the boardroom.

How often, as leaders, do we find ourselves navigating life's most crucial moments alone, learning only from our experiences?

What if we could create a "Life Board," composed of wise, experienced voices to help us steer our journeys?

This is the foundation of the work I’ve been doing with leaders in my Ace Mastermind.

It’s a 12-month journey where we come together monthly as a collective to challenge, celebrate, and elevate each other’s progress.

In addition, I meet one-on-one with each leader to dive deep into their personal journeys, exploring not just leadership goals but holistic, life-altering shifts.

This week, I’ve been hosting wrap-up sessions for 2024 Life Board members, and witnessing their incredible growth has been nothing short of inspiring.

Take, for example, one of our global leaders who declared this year the “YEAR of ME” after reaching out to me in 2023 at the point of corporate exhaustion!

More than accolades and accomplishments, she was determined to make strategic, meaningful changes in her life.

Our recent year-end 1:1 session was filled with her joy and gratitude as she shared how, for the first time in her 46 years, she’s experiencing a holistic sense of fulfilment—from work to family to self-care. In her words, “Finishing 2024 strong is not just a phrase; it’s my reality.” We’ve even codified her journey and lessons into a governance charter to sustain this transformation into 2025.

Another remarkable leader, a board member and country director, launched her “Project X” - ‘Breathe’ this year, igniting new levels of joy alongside her impactful work.

Not only has she joined the Forbes Council to expand her thought leadership journey, but she’s also found invaluable collaborators within our Mastermind.

Together, we’ve brainstormed, strategized, and supported each other, turning possibilities into realities. That’s the power of a Life Board—to be a dynamic support system, holding each other accountable, offering ongoing guidance, and celebrating milestones.

On Friday, November 22nd, our Ace Mastermind will take the stage to share leadership insights and real-life experiences from 2024.
