Join Us For An In-Person Drum Circle
Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS)
Preparing leaders, change agents, and practitioners to achieve individual, business, and social justice goals.
Hello,
What will increase your flow, reduce stress, and create strong community connections?
An in-person drum circle!
Jim Boneau, a 2006 LIOS graduate and a leader in the global drum circle facilitation movement for over two decades, will guide us through this immersive journey.
Jim will share his vast experience and the latest scientific insights into the neurological impact of drumming. You will have the chance to participate as Jim will provide drums for all attendees. If you have your own djembe, conga, shakers, or bells, feel free to bring them along.
The group will explore rhythm, body/mind/spirit connection, relationships, and emotions through group drumming.
Whether you're a wellness practitioner, teacher, organizational development professional, social worker, or simply someone looking to connect and innovate, this event offers a unique opportunity to tap into the power of rhythm for individual and group development.
Discover the magic that unfolds when individuals come together to play, smile, and grow.
