A few days ago, Barron's announced its yearly Top 100 RIA Firm rankings for 2024.

Hypatia Capital celebrates the 49 women executives whose names were included in the rankings. Out of 107 Top RIAs (7 are "Mega"), only 5.6% have women Chief Executive Officers. Only 16.0% of named executives on the list are women.

Our investment thesis is that today, women in leadership outperform.
