The BPS Cert Ability qualification qualifies participants to access, choose, apply, and interpret the best general ability, aptitudes, and occupational interest assessments for selection, training, development, leadership, career coaching, and self-actualisation purposes. Successful completion of the course also allows participants access to tests from the most prestigious, international test publishing organisations such as Pearson, GL, Saville, and Morrisby.
Patrick Shortt has been providing BPS training for over 40 years and has been instrumental in the success of the programme.
