We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Development Manager in Brisbane, Queensland to join our team to work closely with the sales team. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities while supporting and growing business opportunities with existing customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing market presence and ensuring smooth coordination of activities across the APAC region.?

- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the APAC region
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and build loyalty and opportunities with customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers as well as key channel partners
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ requirements
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and competition
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals.?
- Represent MagShield at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales deals for differentiated solutions?
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction?
- Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and pipeline activities in the CRM
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development using solution selling techniques, preferably within the B2B sales or industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organizational structure
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
- Proficient in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office?
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Current and valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel domestically with occasionally international travel
