We are a 25-year-old organization dedicated to providing top-notch training in the automobile industry. With esteemed clients like Maruti, HMCL, Mahindra, Bajaj, TKM, Royal Enfield, Nissan, Renault, and many more, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Demonstrators.

Role: Demonstrator

Locations: TATA RDTC, Faridabad, Varanasi, Udaipur, Nagpur, Agartala

### Brief Job Description:

- Candidates with experience as Technician/Senior Technician/Service Engineer/Diagnostic Expert/Technical Specialist.

- Deliver practical training sessions.

- Take ownership of training batches for time-adherence, attendance, and discipline.

- Prepare and conduct assessments.

- Submit training-related reports.

### Qualifications:

- BE or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

### Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the automobile industry.

- Interest in training.

- Comfortable with on-board diagnostic equipment.

- Good at troubleshooting Engine Management Systems, EGR, Electrical systems, Transmission, EBD, Sensors, etc.

- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office & emails.

- Candidates with prior technical training experience in the automobile industry are preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
