Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, your role will include:

1. Developing Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with our clients’ business goals.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, reels, and more.
3. Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to optimize results.
4. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates on platforms to keep our strategies fresh.
5. Community Management: Engage with followers, manage online communities, and build strong relationships with audiences.
6. Paid Ads: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2-5 years in social media management (agency experience is a plus!).
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to connect with audiences effectively.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
• Passion for Social Media: A deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.
