I am so excited to announce a new project, as I've hinted earlier, and it's go time.

Anita Iverson (aka A.I.) Custom OpenAI ChatGPT. Anita is the perfect opportunity to bring together three objectives in one platform.

• Explore the boundaries of the tool, pros and cons, for better understanding, while become more proficient
• Future Potential - Can I create a 'smart digital twin' of my content library, in a supercomputer, without code, accessed via conversational dialogue?

Tell the Anita Iverson story

I am forever testing and trying new versions of the 'Align with AI' story that are less cynical than the creepy scene in 'Social Dilemma' when the growth, income, and engagement bots are deciding what piece of content to send next from inside the machine.

Aligning your content strategy to the platform's artificial intelligence in order to improve the probability that said platform chooses your content from all the possibilities available, to put your work in front of the eyes of the people that matter to you. I've been playing with the story of Anita Iverson, (A.I.) for some time. Inspired by Bill Schmarzo 's illustrated 'The Adventures of Dean o' BD' and the emergence of Angeline Corvaglia 's Data Girl and Friends, coupled with the fact I'm a huge Liza Donnelly fan, forever a fan of using cartoons and illustrations to make a point. I felt it was the perfect time to use try DALL·E to bring my descriptions to life.

Create and Train a specialized ChatGPT

I have a treasure trove of amazing insight in the form of interview transcripts. I have been searching for a better way to access and unlock the potential of these recordings of brilliant people sharing smart stories, widely applicable if the timing and specificity of the matching process of the story to the need, could be improved. Can OpenAI ChatGPT be the key to unlocking the latent potential? As part of this process, I will be training Anita with interview transcripts, so she SHOULD be very well-versed in topics like the Workplace, the Future of Work, Leadership, and Communication. She's to look in the library first if appropriate.

Learn and get more familiar with the tool

The best way to learn the tool is to put it to work. Learn its limitations, challenges, and what it's good at, and not so good at. So much to learn. I'm still confused about what feels like the fundamental conflict between stateless and learning as how can those two both be true? If I'm teaching the model with more data, and it doesn't retain the new data past the session, due to the stateless nature, must I teach it every session? Then there is the wide world of prompts, (I plan to keep a log and share). I wish I could figure out incremental changes (that stateless thing again. Everything I asked for a new image, in a new setting with the same Anita, it generated a new Anita image too. So much to learn, inviting you along for the ride on the learning to come.

Futures - Can I create a 'digital twin'?

How do I unlock the knowledge, wisdom, tips, and tricks potential of my thousands of hours of interviews? I have the transcripts, I can't code. I've been searching for a better digital solution since I tried to dump a bunch of transcript txt files into a Watson that wasn't ready.

Those are the objectives and we'll use this newsletter to explore those four paths together.
