Someone recently asked me about the "typical" participant in our Global Dexterity Certification Program, and I told her that there is no typical participant!

We have an array of people from a variety of different backgrounds, cultures, and experience levels. We have coaches, trainers, teachers, consultants, DEI practitioners. We have career intercultural professionals, people who are transitioning their work into an intercultural or global arena, and even some people who are simply interested in expanding their horizons.

PS: Here’s a glimpse of the types of people who have recently graduated from our program:

• A Japanese project manager and trainer in Jordan working to build bridges between the two cultures.
• A Spanish coach, trainer and advisor who advises business, social and academic organizations on relational change and the implementation of organizational behavior.
• A Polish-German independent consultant, trainer and university lecturer who facilitates development of global and diverse teams, inclusive leadership, and transformation processes.
• A Ukranian-Canadian training and development professional who owns a small consulting agency helping internationally educated professionals to adapt and build a strong personal and professional brand on the North American Cultural Landscape.
• An American/Dutch head of communications at ITER, an international nuclear fusion research and engineering megaproject, based in France, aimed at replicating the fusion processes of the Sun to create energy on the Earth.
• And several career changers – interested in moving into the field of intercultural communication and global consulting.
