How does the program work?
The program takes place over four 90-minute Zoom calls.
Participants also have peer conversations between group sessions, which they tell me are interesting and fruitful.
We also have a private course Slack channel for conversation and information sharing.
Who is this for?
If you’re wondering if this program fits for you, the answer is probably yes! We have had coaches, trainers, teachers, administrators and consultants in our cohorts so far. And our participants have come from around the world - including Lebanon, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, France, Hungary and the United States.
How can I learn even more?
Here are a few informational webinars from this past year if you'd like to learn more:

What do recent participants have to say about the program?
I strongly recommend Andy Molinsky’s Global Dexterity Train the Trainer Program for coaches, trainers or teachers. The people I coach and train don’t only need to recognize cultural differences. They need to be able to adapt and adjust their behavior successfully – and Andy’s program is a great way to add this critical tool to your coaching toolkit.
Hi Andy, Just wanted to send you a quick note about this good news. Soon after I posted that I had become certified with the Global Dexterity method on LinkedIn, I received many comments of congratulations. One former colleague messaged me that she was working at an Executive MBA program and just happened to be looking for a good person to an Intercultural Awareness training, and then she saw my post! I am now in touch with the program director and it looks like I will start working with this executive program. I am eagerly awaiting more information about the timing and program, and once I have that will plan my sessions using Global Dexterity methodology as the foundation. Just wanted to let you know that within a very short period the training is actually – and literally – paying off!
Hi Andy,
I just wanted to thank you for the great Global Dexterity certification. I just went to one of my clients to raise my rates based on this certification and they said yes!
I chose to work with Andy and follow the Global Dexterity training because I found his book to be such a valuable resource for the intercultural awareness trainings I give. When I reached out to him about his book, he was so approachable and helpful that he offered me the opportunity to join the training with a small group of great people. The Global Dexterity method navigates the balance between offering very practical tools to help participants analyse their situation and create self-awareness, combined with a sensitivity to the various psychological barriers we come across when collaborating with different cultures. It is a great mix for helping people not only integrate more successfully, but to attain personal growth as well. The exercises and discussions have helped me further develop my skills as a trainer in intercultural awareness – I look forward to giving my next workshop integrating the new tools and information Andy has so generously shared during the training. He has been an open and very attentive trainer on a subject he knows through and through.
After reading Andy’s book Global Dexterity I was excited to find that he personally trains people to use this methodology to help others in their cultural adaptation. I felt I had finally run into something that would allow me to truly help my clients. I have always felt that it is not enough to be aware of cultural differences and of the difficulties such differences may generate but that there must be a practical away to deal productively and positively with such differences. The Global Dexterity Method is the first practical way that I’ve truly found convincing. The training program Andy has set up relies on practical assignments and plenty of interaction with him, and other trainers and trainees. I found this interaction to be invaluable for my development as a trainer.
