1. Deputy Director of Oil and Gas Field Development Research Institute

?? Location: Egypt

?? Positions Available: 1

?

Key Responsibilities:

1.?????? In line with the overall strategy of the group, assist the director in formulating the development strategy and objectives of the research institute, identify key markets and projects, and participate in major internal decision-making processes.

2.?????? Be responsible for the development of market and customer resources, the daily management and relationship maintenance of customers, and the enhancement of customer satisfaction.

3.?????? Oversee the marketing work of the research institute, adjust and allocate internal and external resources to ensure the implementation of work as planned.

4.?????? Organize resources to track the latest technological trends and promote technological construction and capacity enhancement.

5.?????? Team building: organize and formulate human resource introduction strategies, talent structure optimization plans, formulate directions for improving human resource management capabilities, and supervise and implement them.

Qualifications:

1.??????? Bachelor's degree or above, major in reservoir geology, with more than 10 years of working experience in the petroleum industry. Working experience in well-known oilfield service companies is preferred.

2.??????? Familiar with the development trends and cutting-edge dynamics of global oil and gas field development technologies.

3.??????? Possess leadership and team management capabilities, be able to organize and coordinate internal and external resources, motivate team members, be able to make rapid decisions and effectively solve problems in complex situations.

4.??????? Proficient in English and Arabic, with oral and written expression capabilities, accept global deployment, be able to adapt to overseas working environments and cultural differences, and have cross-cultural communication and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.??????? Assist the Project Manager in daily technical management operations, including managing, training, guiding, and supervising the operation team.

2.??????? Establish technical support systems, including standardizing and optimizing team workflows and technical solutions to improve service levels and ensure quality.

3.??????? Oversee technical support for the project department, including on-site accident prevention, writing technical summaries, and assisting with bid proposal preparation.

4.??????? Develop appropriate solutions based on client requirements, manage project objectives and timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.

?

Qualifications:

1.??????? Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum-related major, strong ability to work under pressure.

2.??????? Strong sense of responsibility, proficient in relevant design software, capable of engineering design, solution optimization, and technical communication.

3.??????? Strong verbal communication and organizational coordination abilities, fluent in Arabic and English

4.??????? Minimum 5 years experience as a drilling rig site technical manager or drilling technician, familiar with drilling and completion technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
