1. GPP Facility Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation and Monitoring: Operate and monitor gas processing equipment and systems, including compressors, pumps, separators, and related machinery. Ensure that all systems are functioning within operational parameters and make adjustments as necessary.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues with gas processing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
3. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to gas processing operations.Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency response drills.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., process technology, engineering) is often preferred.
2. Previous experience in a gas processing plant or a similar industrial environment is typically required.
3. Strong technical and mechanical skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Knowledge of gas processing systems and safety protocols.
4. Relevant certifications (e.g., safety, environmental, or process control) may be required or preferred.

2. Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
2. Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
3. Developing and implementing new maintenance procedure.
4. Designing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.
5. Finding new technologies and processes that can improve equipment performance and reliability.
6. Developing and implementing training programs for employees.
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Analytical thinking: the ability to think critically and logically, as well as the ability to work with large sets of data and make sense of them. ? Technical aptitude: a strong understanding of the systems, equipment, and processes at hand. This includes knowledge of the engineering principles and specific systems used at an organization.
2. Problem-solving: the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
3. Communication: the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
4. Project management: the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning, scheduling, and organizing.
5. Data management skills: the ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
6. A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability
7. Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.
