1. Piping Engineer

?? Location: Iraq

Key Responsibilities:

1.??????? Complete pipeline design calculations and drafting, including 3D modeling, according to the owner's requirements.

2.??????? Prepare repair/construction plans and cost estimates for pipeline work.

3.??????? Guide the work team to complete on-site construction or maintenance.

4.??????? Conduct completion acceptance inspections to ensure construction quality.

?

Qualifications:

1.??????? Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2.??????? Have 3-5 years or more of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in pipeline design, construction, or maintenance projects.

3.??????? Proficient in pipeline design software such as AutoCAD, PDS, PDMS, CAESAR II, etc. Understanding the basic principles of fluid mechanics, materials science, and structural engineering. Familiarity with pipeline engineering standards and regulations, including ASME, API, ISO, etc. Possess skills in construction management and project management, including budget control, scheduling, and resource management.

4.??????? In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to pipeline engineering. Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop emergency plans.

5.??????? Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions in Iraq; proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to meet basic work requirements; strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers. Team spirit, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Problem-solving skills, able to quickly analyze issues and propose effective solutions. Time management skills to complete project tasks within the specified deadlines.

2. Construction Supervisor

?? Location: Iraq

?

Key Responsibilities:

1.??????? Prepare project annual budget and cost plan with the assistance of project manager;

2.??????? Manage the construction site with the assistance of the project manager and submit the operation report in time;

3.??????? Responsible for construction site supervision and management;

4.??????? Survey, make construction plan, manage project schedule and plan according to new work order;

5.??????? Assisted the project manager in project cost analysis and timely submitted project operation data;

6.??????? Develop cost control plan as required and follow up the implementation.

?

Qualifications:

1.??????? bachelor degree, under 40 years old, good professional spirit;

2.??????? more than 10 years of work experience in similar positions in oil fields, with rich experience in construction management;

3.??????? skilled use of office software such as AUOTCAD;

4.??????? Able to communicate fluently with customers in English, with good English reading and writing skills.

3. Plant Operator

?? Location: Iraq

?

Key Responsibilities:

1.??????? Contributes to the achievement of safety and environmental objectives by working within the guidelines of safe working and housekeeping practices and procedures.

2.??????? Plays an active role in Emergency Response as trained for and assigned to.

3.??????? Ensures that the quality, production and cost targets are fully met for the asset by monitoring, sampling and testing the process streams during shift.

4.??????? Ensures plant integrity of the asset by monitoring the performance of the plant during the operation.

5.??????? Ensures the plant is always operated at maximum efficiency by maintaining and controlling plant and consumables within the laid down limits.

6.??????? Ensures skills and knowledge are maintained at the highest level by successfully completing the on-job Training and assisting in the training of others.

7.??????? Ensures the plant is effectively maintained by ensuring permit to work procedures and conditions are followed correctly and skills of the team are coordinated effectively for maximum utilization.

8.??????? Ensures the knowledge base is continuously improved by reviewing and updating operations procedures improve productivity and quality of work and provide effective feedback to Production supervisor.

9.??????? Ensures excellent shift interaction and good working relationships with other areas, support services and external assistance by actively contributing to an effective communication process.

10.??? Ensures that he can safely and competently deal with unusual events and shutdown the process in safe and efficient manner.

11.??? Competent to start/shutdown and prepare for maintenance all equipment with assigned area of responsibility.

12.??? Participate in the installation of new equipment and or modification of existing equipment preparing punch list items.

13.??? Performing shift and rotation handover according to the required standard and procedures.

14.??? Controlling critical situations and establishing appropriate communications and directing / performing initial actions in response to emergencies.

Qualifications:

1.??????? Iraqi Locals.

2.??????? Diploma in chemical or petroleum engineering or equivalent.

3.??????? Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Upstream production facilities.

4.??????? Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, health & safety, preventative/predictive maintenance systems and techniques.

5.??????? Understand, analyze and describe the physical constraints applicable to well/reservoir/field production.

6.??????? Knowledge in international safety standards.

7.??????? Capable to work in H2S environment and in other potentially challenging environment.

8.??????? Familiar with Gas Sweetening process, Gas dehydration, Hot Oil Heaters, Pumps, Compressors, Contactors, Refrigeration.

9.??????? Mechanical and Instrument knowledge will be an added advantage.

4. QHSE Engineer

?? Location: Buzurgan, Iraq

?

Key Responsibilities:

1.??????? Responsible for establishing and updating the project's safety procedures and operating standards.

2.??????? Responsible for conducting project risk assessments, identifying potential safety hazards, and developing corresponding preventive measures, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of safety precautions.

3.??????? Responsible for training maintenance project staff and organizing safety promotional activities, creating a strong project safety culture, enhancing staff safety awareness, and ensuring no safety incidents occur.

4.??????? Supervise and guide on-site maintenance operations to ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, conduct QHSE inspections, promptly identify safety hazards, and follow up on their resolution.

5.??????? Responsible for establishing and updating emergency response plans, and organizing emergency response drills to improve staff's ability to respond to emergencies.

6.??????? Participate in incident investigations, analyze causes, propose corrective measures, and track the implementation of these measures.

7.??????? Responsible for preparing various safety documents and reports, supporting the safety section of project bidding work.

?

Qualifications:

1.??????? Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years oil and gas project construction experience, Experience in similar projects is preferred.

2.??????? Have study experience in China, preferably safety engineering major Familiar with international production safety laws and regulations and industry standards, and have enough management knowledge and job-related technical level.

3.??????? Good command of spoken, written and spoken Chinese, English and Arabic.

4.??????? Adapt to the working environment and conditions in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries.

5.??????? Have safety professional certificate, international certificate such as Registered Safety Engineer Certificate or Nebosh certificate is preferred.

6.??????? Have 3 years of professional knowledge and management experience in oil and gas field safety.
