A global community for leadership teams that want to improve team dynamics for better results today and get even better at shaping the future for themselves and their organizations.

This is how it works:

# We use a team-based learning approach as individual learning is too hard to bring back into a busy organization while social, collaborative learning through teams increases your chances for successful implementation and thus long-term positive impact

# I work with co-teachers and peers (including you and your team members) to deliver engaging, interactive and compelling learning sessions with a strong focus on practical, hands-on action for your team

# We go for a virtual-first setup that eventually leads us into the metaverse elements of learning while we also do physical sessions and workshops when I visit your region

Our themes, topics and activities:

We help improve your team dynamics for better results today, but our main focus is to give you insights, inspiration and techniques to get even better at shaping the future. This goes for individual team members, the team itself and your organization.

Note: I think of shaping the future as thriving with changes/transformation, new ways of working and innovation.

For this, we dive into a broad range of themes and topics such as team/people dynamics, leadership- and organizational development digitalization, eco-systems and networks, business models and innovation. You get the idea!

Here’s an overview of our activities:

The Monthly Theme:?

Every month, we dive into a theme based on input from our member teams. We do 2-4 virtual sessions, we have an on-going Q&A in our groups and I produce LinkedIn posts including images.

The Q&A sessions with Lindegaard and co-teachers:

Every week, I host a Q&A session with co-teachers including yourself in which members can send in their questions before-hand and then we address this together in the session.

The Case:

Once a month, we cover a case that is based on the challenges and opportunities of one of our member teams. Here, I produce 3-5 LinkedIn posts including images and we will have a longer session to present and discuss the case.

The Learning Challenge:

Every second month, I issue a challenge to drive your thinking and reflection on a given topic. Here, you will have to do some homework and then we cover this together in a session and in our groups.
