Welcome! I'm Madeleine Johnson, a dedicated recruiter with 6 years of experience, and I'm excited to announce the creation of my new newsletter. The newsletter is a new form of content creation that allows me to delve deeper into ideas and share my thoughts, opinions, insights, and ideas from an individual professional perspective.

As the Electrical Engineering Levels 2-6 recruiter for Space programs at Boeing, most of the references and examples in the newsletter will be related to the company, but the information will be useful for professionals across all industries. The focus of the newsletter will be on Engineering, but it will also be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their professional development.

It's important to note that the contents of this newsletter do not represent the opinions, trade secrets, or official statements of the Boeing Company or any of its subsidiaries. This newsletter is my personal project, and it may evolve as my career grows and I take on new challenges.

I have a passion for recruiting and have been a part of hiring decisions, management, and supervision for the past 10 years. My passion for recruiting really took off when I was working at Rhino Medical (Tusk Enterprises), hiring physicians for hospitals and clinics across the United States. I was thrilled to later find out that the cardiothoracic surgeon who performed a triple bypass surgery on my grandmother was in our database and had been presented to a hospital by my company. This was a powerful reminder that our work makes a real difference in people's lives.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of industries, including call centers, customer service, sales, marketing, information technology, finance, legal, administrative, construction, project management, building management, and engineering. I have consulted with clients of all sizes and have helped over a thousand individuals secure positions or temporary assignments. I'm confident that this newsletter can help you too!
