We're thrilled to announce our collaboration with Peter Schaller and Rayo de Sol to establish a Transformation Kitchen?? in Nicaragua!
We're eagerly assisting with the setup, fundraising, and curriculum development to empower the local youth with valuable skills.
This summer I will be taking a trip to Nicaragua and meeting up with Peter and his team in person to help out.

We're excited to offer two classes for youth at the Boys and Girls Club in Newburgh, providing culinary and life skills training.
These classes are designed for ages 9-13 and 14-17 as an enriching addition to their after-school program.
We can’t wait to share the pictures and stories with you about these amazing young people in Newburgh and Nicaragua.

We're incredibly proud of Artez "Tez" Jackson. He is thriving and making significant progress in his recovery journey.
Tez has attended every checkup and wellness session with our Director of Student Wellness, Sarah O’Brien, without fail.
His understanding of the importance of resolving conflicts peacefully is truly commendable. We will continue to update you on his progress as we continue to work with him.
