The most successful executives don’t just network—they cultivate relationships that drive opportunities, ideas, and impact.
On Feb 13, 2025, at 9:30 AM PT / 12:30 PM ET, I’m leading a session on Adopting the Networking Mindset, where we’ll shift from transactional networking to strategic relationship-building—the kind that actually moves careers and businesses forward.
If you’ve ever felt like networking is forced, awkward, or ineffective, this session will change how you approach it.
Let’s build relationships that matter.
4 Ways to Handle Fear, But Only One Will Help You Grow!
When was the last time fear stopped you in your tracks?
Maybe it was because you didn’t know your next move, or because you were facing something completely new with no idea how it would turn out.
It’s scary, right?
So, what do you do?
Here are your options:
1?? You could search for other options.
2?? You could try to minimize the risk.
3?? You could procrastinate and let anxiety build up (I wouldn’t recommend it).
4?? Or... you could do it scared.
The last one, that’s the one that will push you forward. Taking action despite fear is the key to growth. It’s how you stretch your limits and level up.
I remind my clients all the time: getting comfortable with discomfort is the gateway to progress.
So, go ahead—Do it scared!
Why Self Awareness is Important as a Leader????
? Have you ever been in a situation where you were VERY clear on what your strengths were and what your areas of development were?
??How did you know that you were right?
That's where self-awareness comes into play. Self-awareness goes beyond internal reflection; it's about understanding how your intentions and energy resonate with others.
In leadership, self-awareness is essential. It's not just about what we think of ourselves; it's about the impact we make on others. Leaders who lack self-awareness may operate under false assumptions about their influence.
Remember, Self-awareness is more than a trait—it's a qualification for effective leadership.
