Two days ago on LinkedIn, I dropped a poll asking folks if they'd attend an online networking event as a way to safely build their skills and expand their connections.
As of today, 81,000+ views and 1000+ votes later and the answer was clear.
The masses have spoken! And, here's how I plan to deliver...
Mingle LIVE ONLINE: Networking Made Easy
Inside our private career management community at WorkItDAILY.com, we host a weekly networking skill development event called, "Mingle" for our members.
We use some VERY cool technology that makes it easy for our members to get coached on best practices for networking, and then instantly apply what they learn in breakout sessions where the topic is set to make the networking flow more easily.
They go into small networking groups based on industry and skill set to make sure they are having meaningful conversations with people similar to them. This helps make the networking more impactful and valuable.
The whole thing takes 45-minutes and is actually really fun. Especially, since you are doing it online - meeting people from different places.

Next week, I'm going to host a Mingle for non-members.
Which means, YOU can sign up and try it out.
FYI - We are charging $9 to cover our costs for the technology we use. Plus, since seats are limited, we want to make sure those that buy a ticket will use it.
