The countdown to Turkey Day is on!

My gratitude list is a bit different this year than in years past. As you might already know, I've been on a cancer journey since April. Not only does this?year's list have a?cranked up expression of thanks?for my family and friends, it includes?heartfelt thanksgiving?for?amazing healthcare workers, and, well, life in general. And, if I'm being super honest, I'd say that I'm thankful that this journey has opened?my eyes to so many things about relationships, setting priorities, and being my best self that have changed my life for the better.

Giving Together on GivingTuesday

As you're making plans for how to give back during next week's GivingTuesday fundraisers, please join us in supporting Kesem, a national non-profit who supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer journey with free, fun-filled creative programs and a lasting community so that they never feel alone.

This past summer, my daughter participated in a Kesem summer camp that changed her life like it has done for tens of thousands of kids across the country. After learning about this amazing organization, MOFI has begun some ethnographic research work with them?and can't wait to help them grow and expand to reach a more diverse group of kids.

MOFI has?set a goal to raise $10k for Kesem during this year's GivingTuesday event. In the spirit of micro-giving,?we're?looking for 1,000 people to give at least $10 dollars to reach our goal.
