We’ve all been to conferences that are either a bunch of talking heads or even worse, panel after panel after panel without a lot of new insights or actionable ideas. Our team at The Reinvention Summit is designing a series of events in a fantastic venue in Dublin, Ireland that aims to change all that.

Conferences are always great for the networking, but the actual programs often leave a lot to be desired

In comparison, the Index rose by only 4% from 2011 to 2016. As such, companies now face a permanent state of change at a pace never seen before.”? This is a backdrop for why I’m excited to be traveling to Dublin, Ireland in April for the Reinvention Summit, 2025.? It’s two full days of programming at the brand new Dublin Royal Convention Centre.? One fascinating aspect of the Reinvention Summit is that many organizations are using it as a two-day networking and practical pillar, then building their own offsites and retreats around it.? This is one of the reasons that Forbes argues it is one of the five most valuable conferences to attend in 2025.

The Outthinker networks and Kyndryl are just two of the organizations that will be bringing teams to Dublin to join the main Summit events but also to take the rest of the week to build bespoke team-building and internal networking challenges for their own organizations.

We’re meeting with policy leaders, change agents and those that make the rules in our small country summit.? I was very involved in such an activity about 20 years ago with the Enterprise Strategy Group in Ireland.? It was widely regarded as having had a transformative impact on the country’s economy and we’re looking forward to this conference having a similar impact for attendees.? Enterprise Ireland and delegations from other small countries will be convening to share ideas and policies for a digital, energy-sufficient and globalizing future.

We will also be running some smaller-scale VIP retreats, one focused on peer-to-peer learning and several with one-on-one time with myself and other members of the team.? There will be dinners, hands-on workshops and the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your most pressing strategic and reinvention questions.? ?
