The week of December 11th, I'm running the Design Your Success 2024 strategic planning event for my clients. And I invite you to join us and be part of it to proactively ensure your business grows in the New Year.

The week of December 11th, I'll send you daily short training videos to watch and reflect on (with strategic prompts I'll include in the event worksheet).

DAY 1 - You'll pull out the wealth of knowledge from your experience this year. The knowledge that you don't even realize you have inside of you. I know how to bring it out to serve you in 2024 :).

DAY 2 - You'll learn how to adjust your marketing and sales messaging to appeal more to your Ideal Clients when their circumstances change in the recession. I'll also give you practical strategies on what to talk about in your online content, in-person presentations, and sales conversations.

DAY 3 - You'll step into your 2024 successful self because your strategic ?plan will be much more powerful when you create from this place.

DAY 4 - You'll create your 2024 strategic plan and decide exactly what actions you'll be taking to achieve your goals. This plan is more than just some high-level business mambo-jumbo that you won't know what to do with. It will be a tangible, practical guide listing the few results-creating actions you will take starting January.?

Actions that you'll be confident about and know how and why they'll lead you to achieve the goals you set in the plan.

The week will end with a two-hour group coaching call on DAY 5 to finalize your 2024 plan. I'll add my expertise to it. I'll help you tweak it and ensure that all your questions are answered. And that you're clear on what to do to attract more clients and make more money without adding work hours.
