Join InvestED and the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field on October 24 at 6pm

I am on the board of InvestED, which is a fantastic small non-profit that provides money to schools so that they can address the immediate needs of students without bureaucracy and paperwork.

More precisely, InvestED provides funding that supports the efforts of secondary schools throughout Washington state. Every year, we partner with over 650 schools and assist more than 25,000 students with small amounts of short-term, item-specific, need-based funding – items such as shoes, coats, glasses, sports equipment, and academic fees. Our goal is to provide immediate help for students in need. And our mission is to encourage students to stay in school, return to school, and get involved within their learning community by removing any small barriers that may stand in their way.

On Tuesday, October 24, at 6pm, we will host a reception together with our partners the Seattle Seahawks at their home, CenturyLink Field. With special appearances by Blitz and a Seahawks legend, you will get to tour the locker room, walk on the field, and just enjoy a beautiful evening while supporting students in need. Please join us by booking your ticket before October 19th!
