Position Summary:

The Loan Production Partner will assist Top Producing loan officer with potential clients within the mortgage and real estate industry. They will work directly with clients for loan submission through closing with excellent customer service, communication and follow up. They make sure a quality and compliant loan is submitted to processing/underwriting.  They communicate regularly with all parties to the transaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Review Real Estate sales contracts
• Input transaction details into loan operating system
• Reviews guidelines and pre-underwrites file
• Submit detailed and complaint loan
• Keep clients and referrals sources up to date on all clients with solid follow up
• Work directly with processor to ensure smooth process
• Organize closing details
• Review Closing Disclosure for accuracy
• Review Closing Disclosure with client
• Produce Estimates for clients
• Meet face to face with clients as needed
• Maintain licensing and training as required in the industry
• Share ways to do things better

Skills Required:

• Mortgage Broker License
• Fantastic communication & people skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Works well with teams and systems
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM systems
• Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
• Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful
• Ability to build effective relationships within the real estate industry
