The International Organization for Educational Development “IOED” https://www.ioed.in/ is an international/inter-governmental fully Accredited Permanent Diplomatic Mission under a charter and constitutional protocol, connected with the States and Organizations, having special Extraterritorial Status based upon the International Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations done at Vienna on 21st March 1986, having Principal Headquarter in the capital city of India, Delhi, established in June, 2014, having Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations since 2020. It is the highest status granted by the United Nations, thereby allowing an organization that gives us access to participate in the work of the UN Headquarters in New York, UN offices in Geneva and Vienna, its bodies including the General Assembly and other intergovernmental organizations.

The access is essential for our advocacy as it allows us to influence decision-makers at the highest international level by delivering statements, participating in negotiations and holding side events at the UN. Having the ECOSOC consultative status also means that the quality of our wok is regularly reviewed by the UN, and that we need to live up to a certain standard in order to continue to have the access we have.

The Permanent Mission of the International Organization for Educational Development to the United Nations Headquarters in New York, United Nations offices in Geneva and Vienna, its bodies and other intergovernmental organizations is responsible for dealing with developmental issues, particularly Diplomatic Relations, Educational Development (Research & Training), Cultural Relationship, Economic Cooperation and Security – the main drivers of development to make Skilled, Empowered, Prosperous, Environment-friendly and Crime-free States. Its work can be summed up in three words: think, debate, and deliver.

The IOED signed Headquarter agreements/MoUs with many Sovereign nations like the Republic of Zambia on April 22, 2016, and Republic of Moldova on January 23, 2019, etc., Joint Commissions consisting six members have been formed between the Republic of Moldova and the IOED, has been set-up Regional HQ in Republic of Moldova to focus on the Projects in better way covering especially in Republic of Albania, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine, etc.

The IOED is ready to participate in the governments’ developmental projects in its capacity as it has strong team of experts and trainers from different backgrounds and planning to establish Diplomatic Mission offices in all Sovereign Nations.

Together we may solve the main global issues – Illiteracy, Unemployment, Terrorism and War.
