In a country partly defined by its history of systemic racism and economic inequality, Martha’s Vineyard offers a different picture of what Black life can look like in America. The history of Black wealth in this country is fraught with racism, violence, and disenfranchisement – but the Vineyard offers a different picture. One of affluence, family, community, and long-standing traditions. The communities of color who vacation here get more and more diverse every year, but the promise of a safe refuge remains.”

On August 8th, Founders House presented by BrainTrust Founders Studio will pop-up in Martha’s Vineyard to create a community space for founders, executives, luminaires and investors to convene around the influence, reach and wealth creation flowing from the beauty and wellness community.?

Founders House on the Vineyard will feature unique activations specifically designed for the island including a beachfront morning wellness experience, a curated brunch catered by Black Joy catering, innovative panels, the Black Beauty Experience and the Black Beauty Bazaar.?
