Join the Fight, A Good Measure Foundation

I hope you and your families are all safe and well. I am proud to announce that my company, Xponance’s non-profit affiliate, A Good Measure (AGM) Foundation will donate $15,000 to each of the following three organizations: 

• Philabundance https://www.philabundance.org/
• Durham Public Schools Foundation (DPS) https://www.bullcityschools.org/contact/
• Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) https://disasterphilanthropy.org/

AGM’s donations to Philabundance and DPS will help provide healthy meals to our under-resourced communities (most importantly, students while schools are closed). CDP supports healthcare workers in public health, low income and other clinics by purchasing masks, gowns, gloves and other essential personal protective equipment.

 A core principal of our philanthropy through AGM is to combine contributions with engagement by Xponance’s employees. Since social distancing limits our ability to be physically engaged, we have encouraged our employees to join this effort by participating in fund-raising matches through Go Fund Me sites that we have established or are in the process of establishing for all three organizations. This is the first time in AGM’s history since 2006 that we have solicited external contributions and the amounts listed above will be donated, irrespective of funds raised on the Go Fund Me sites. However, we are in unprecedented times and have incorporated the Go Fund Me campaigns in order to provide an opportunity for broader engagement. Please feel free to share these sites with your friends and family to help meet the fundraising goals.

We are working with DPS to establish a Go Fund Me site and hope to be able to forward the link as soon as it has been established.
