Join/ develop the Kabul Success Club & Academy to train successful entrepreneurs and businesspeople to build Afghanistan

Foreign government have tried to help, but also created much harm for Afghanistan by receiving so many Afghan immigrants into their countries. Afghanistan has suffered a serious loss of highly qualified leaders, experts, educators and other professionals. Such “brain drain” is undermining now the efforts to build Afghanistan. This text describes the Kabul Success Club & Academy that will create and enable successful Afghan entrepreneurs & businesspeople, develop and implement new projects, start/ expand businesses and help (re)build Afghanistan.

The Success Club & Academy has two parts:

Success Club: Networking of like-minded individuals in Kabul with the goal to identify, develop and implement business ideas

Success Academy: Provide needed training, mentoring and coaching to successfully develop and implement business projects.

Success Academy

Afghanistan needs to train a new cadre of leaders and businesspeople that can successfully resolve the many challenges across industries and daily people lives.

Like in many countries universities and other schools can only help to a certain extent. Academic professors can often only offer theory as they have never really started, build and directed companies.

Many highly educated Afghans (who are still in the country) lack practical guidance on how to identify business opportunities, start businesses, build and direct companies. Without clear direction, role models and coaching, many highly qualified Afghans sit idle waiting for jobs rather than taking the many opportunities to start their own businesses and developing successful companies.

Training, mentoring and coach focuses on practical guidance on how to identify opportunities and develop immediate projects for immediate implementation

The programs of the “Success Club” will be short (3-6) months, part-time, and laser focused on results. Qualified and highly motivated participants will discuss real business opportunities and develop action plans to turn ideas into solutions and immediate actions. Experienced businesspeople and experts will facilitate and enrich the workshops.

All workshops are outcome driven measured by the number and success of implemented projects.

Participants will meet only one day per week, while continuing their fulltime jobs. Participants without steady employment can dedicate more time in researching and implementing specific ideas.
