We advocate for a better community built environment. This can be best accomplished by educating the public to gain understanding and having a conversation about FP Zoning.

?

This webpage section is dedicated to contrasting 21 Century zoning reform vs. conventional zoning perspectives. Outlining an approach and context for local municipalities in the Near West suburbs of Chicago. Most articles or material will focus on Forest Park, but the ideas can be applied to other local areas and governance. This includes but is not limited to local zoning, community-development, and city/town planning.
