JOHNSON & JOHNSON ANNUAL KICKOFF EVENT ??

The start of this year gave David the opportunity to work with healthcare giant 强生公司 for the first time.

It also gave him rare chance to work at home so, flying back from Miami, he was able to join the company in Kilkea Castle, Kildare as it brought together a selection of its team from across Ireland.

The event was all about how the team could work together to set?their strategic vision and plan for the next number of years. It was was very much focused around building meaningful collaboration and celebrating the incredible results that they have achieved but also to setting new targets and ambitions for the year ahead.?

Johnson & Johnson has more than 2,200 highly-skilled and motivated employees in Ireland who support its Consumer, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals clients through sales and marketing, commercial and manufacturing roles.

In David’s session he looked specifically at the role of high performing psychologies and the impact that psychology can have in the workplace. He also examined how we can build our individual and shared ambition to exceed our own expectations of our results.

Using his high-energy, interactive methods he also shared science-backed and evidence-based tools and techniques from high performers in many walks of life and, in doing so, gave the audience some real insight into how they can adapt the way that they think, act and behave to achieve really huge results and grow the impact that they have.?
