Los Angeles County Residential Market Update - April 2024
In April 2024, the residential real estate market in Los Angeles County saw a 20% increase in homes for sale! The spring market is typically a season of increased inventory. This is fantastic news for buyers who have been looking to purchase a home. There was a 3% sales price increase in the past month, mainly due to inventory levels still being lower than the pre-pandemic levels. More inventory means that sales prices tend to not rise as much since properties will be competing with other properties in their respective neighborhoods. As the year continues, we will be monitoring listing activity and each month brings different results.

Northeast Los Angeles (NELA) is a great area in Los Angeles to invest in.
