????I just spent the last 5 Days with 55 incredible coaches from all over the world ?? got together for a 5 Day NLP Masters Leadership held by none other than the man, the legend, the one and only Tony Kaye The world’s #1 NLP coach

????It was 55 hours over 5 days of continuous training with very short breaks of only 3 - 5 minutes every couple of hours or so, but even though it was hard, it was worth it.??We learned how to present from stage, how to use our voices for maximum impact for our audience, as well as Spiral Dynamics, which has helped me identify many things about myself and it helps me understand other people around me and where they are at in their journey of life.???

People ask my why do it do it?

I tell them because I am worth it.???

????You see I believe in being the very best version of myself, to show up and be a little better everyday, no matter how large are small.???

??In my life, I have learned that People that get the results they want in life, show up no matter how they feel…. They just do it.?????

???And I live like that everyday, because
