Our Client, a company in the consulting software Industry is on a quest within the next 9 more years (in line with the 10-year strategic objectives) to deliver value to 1 billion end customers, empower 10 thousand businesses, and build 1 thousand leaders. In line with this, the company has established an office in the UK run by the group CEO to drive this global expansion goals and we are looking for someone passionate about delivering the same or even bigger impact. So far, the company has delivered value to over 200 million end customers and about 1 thousand businesses however, we want to massively scale up this impact to ensure over 10 thousand businesses are empowered to do more and achieve more daily - these businesses will be empowered to be more successful and create wealth for their dependents because we dared to exist!

The Senior Business Growth Manager is a very energy-filled and highly motivated team player with a record and bias for strong, measurable results. This manager is interested in delivering significant impact and being an early-stage staff for the company in the UK, will be working with the Group CEO to drive the strategic objectives. The manager will focus on driving strategic engagements and business development with the Group CEO and is also expected to understand and EXECUTE the company business Strategy for the UK market ensuring to align ideas into core business strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Brainstorm with the Group CEO on finer elements of the company’s strategic business goals so you will be clear on them and then drive its execution
2. Work with the Group CEO to conduct relevant market research and surveys to fine-tune relevant opportunities, making them more profitable and realistic; drive its documentation and engagement
3. Work with The Group CEO to create relevant proposals to customers, engage your industry network to get relevant insights, create, submit, and track the proposals, make relevant presentations and push them to closure to get more business for the company, represent The Group CEO in relevant meetings if he is not available.
4. Project manage and deliver successfully an identified the company’s pilot project, document learnings from it for execution of the company’s bigger strategic objective.
5. Work with The Group CEO to identify other relevant opportunities to be explored based on this pilot or its own. Put a process in place to integrate the learnings from the pilot
6. Submit relevant bids in line with our business direction and objectives
7. Work out and attend relevant industry conferences where the key relationships we need congregate to build and expand the required network for increased business opportunities. Develop business opportunities based on those
8. Work with the marketing team to ensure Website management and frequent updates of content reflecting what we do

9. Work with the Group CEO to handle daily business execution tasks while Implementing excellent business growth/service delivery framework to ensure meeting the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) which includes service level agreements (SLA), customer satisfaction, and profitability of opportunities
10. Work with the Group CEO to build the requisite team and meet the operational execution goals of the business
11. Work with an internal accountant to manage the budget and an external accountant to ensure all vendors (especially concerning projects) and taxes are paid, any relevant compliance documentation and insurance are fully put in place
Key Skills and experience required
● An ownership / entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
● Laser-focused person - the ability to identify and do first things first without being distracted
● Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
● Effective communication, public speaking, good documentation skills, quick decision-making, a huge dose of energy and pragmatism
● Excellence-driven and ownership-minded person who can get emotionally involved with the business and visualize the end picture or the vision
● Ability to maintain focus on the vision while being very detail-oriented on what must be done to arrive there
● Relevant experience implementing projects; being able to break complex work down into micro chunks and execute them and measure
● Experience in the consulting software industry(must), identity management/logistics-related project management, or event management projects that depend a lot on engaging multiple stakeholders, timeliness, accuracy, safety, and customer happiness are a huge plus
● Has relevant networks in our domain area within the UK to make getting information and executing opportunities a breeze
● Capability to separate potentially lucrative opportunities from distractions.
● Result-driven executor who knows how to maintain perspective on strategy, eliminating traps and enabling the right triggers to get to the desired destination. It helps to be data-driven to ensure weeding off chaff from the substance in daily execution
● A natural leader that inspires and drives action – toot other people’s horns, exceptional at managing, leading, and supervising team members to expertly fulfill corporate objectives
● Disposition to travel for business engagements if need be - this will be a plus but not a determining factor.
