Job Summary: We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives - Voice for our Transform / Best Buy process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


· ? Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions over the phone.


· ? Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.


· ? Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely manner.



Requirements:


· ? Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree (any stream)


· ? Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)


· ? Experience in customer service, technical support or related field is preferred


· ? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


· ? Willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment


· ? Basic computer and typing skills


Salary and Benefits:


· ? Fresher salary: 22,000 THB per month


· ? Experienced salary: Up to 28,000 THB per month (based on experience)


· ? 5 days working week with 2 days rotational off
